Once a project is underway, we check in with you regularly, solicit feedback to inform project deliverables, and change course as needed to best serve your organization’s needs.
We have projects that last a couple of months, and those that last a year, or longer. Many of our clients are return clients, and we are always excited to help them build on work we’ve already partnered on together. We are flexible and open to building out a project and goals that work for you.
At Ostara, we build out proposals in partnership with our clients, based on the amount of time we believe a project will take and the hourly rates of our consultants. Projects may be priced flat-rate or as an hourly billing. This information is clearly communicated during the early stages of the proposal process and is written into proposals upon delivery to our clients, in an effort to ensure transparency and agreement.
