Why I Love This Work

I particularly enjoy working with organizations to marry their vision with strategy in order to tell their stories effectively. Partnering to broaden an organization's vision for what is possible, helping to find alignment on realistic, actionable plans for accomplishing their goals, and identifying and establishing vital systems and processes to improve efficiency are areas where I do my best work. I love working as a consultant because of the opportunity to have an outsized impact; working with a variety of organizations across multiple sectors and partnering with our clients to maximize their impact.

Fun Fact

I am a diehard Seattle Kraken fan and I enjoy exploring the PNW with my husband and our yellow lab, Monkey.
