Why I Love This Work

Helping mission-driven organizations bridge compassion and performance is the work I find most meaningful. Throughout my career in direct service, operations, and executive leadership, I've learned that lasting impact happens when organizations successfully combine the heart of their mission with evidence-informed practice, strong leadership, effective operations, trusted relationships, and cultures where people feel valued, included, and empowered to do their best work. It is a privilege to partner with leaders who are committed to strengthening their organizations and the communities they serve.

Fun Fact

I've had a complicated relationship with water. After a near-drowning experience as a child—and one spectacularly unsuccessful attempt at water skiing in high school to impress my friends—I decided fear wasn't getting the final say. I learned to swim at 28 and spent several summers competing in triathlons.
