I led the opening of a $35M community center, establishing the strategic vision and building a mission-driven team serving over 21,000 members. I directed a $3M facility expansion project, including fundraising, dedication, and new program development. My operational and financial stewardship involved leading cross-functional teams, driving performance gains, and managing $10M+ budgets. I collaborated on social impact initiatives through community partnerships, improving health, education, and economic outcomes. Additionally, I provided interim leadership to key departments to stabilize teams during a period of rebuilding.
