Why I Love This Work

A quote by Dr. Pinkola Estés encapsulates why I love this work: Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach. Any small, calm thing that one soul can do to help another soul, to assist some portion of this poor suffering world, will help immensely. By partnering with nonprofits to advance their missions and goals, I am able to realize my fundamental belief that we are responsible for each other’s wellbeing, and that of our world.

Fun Fact

Two of my great loves are books and animals. I have adopted/been adopted by several furry companions, and currently foster guinea pigs for a local animal shelter.
