For two decades, I have focused on the operations side of development – building capacity, in the real world and in real time. I’ve created successful major gift, annual giving, membership, prospect management, and event programs for organizations including UW Medicine, Sierra Club, Woodland Park Zoo and Sightline Institute.
Having been through the planning process for several major campaigns with goals ranging from $2 million to $2 billion, I also have extensive experience in strategic planning, campaign readiness efforts and board development. I founded The Ostara Group to help each and every client we work with reach the next level of their own organizational achievement.
