When PONGO Teen Writing made the decision to expand its fundraising efforts and rely less heavily on volunteers, we created the organization's first development plan and case for support. We analyzed their grant prospect list and provided a significantly expanded pool of grant opportunities. We supported staff in the execution of the plan through executive coaching.

First Testimonial Body

Taking on the position of Assistant Director was a really daunting prospect for me, especially in that much of my work would be development, something I had never learned even the basics of. The Ostara Group was a godsend to us because they were easily able to tailor their service not only to our budget, but also to our level of experience.

Karen Hirsch and Ali Marcus have been an incredible team that has met our needs precisely. While Ali wields the numbers and data expertly, Karen has been an eagle-eyed editor of grant application narratives. Both have combined gravitas and humor in calming but encouraging measures.
