Ostara worked with Mentor Washington to develop its board, change board culture, and expand the board’s engagement with the organization to include a focus on fundraising as well as governance.

After answering those questions, we gathered as a team to talk about what came out in the discussion, and how our entire approach toward donor engagement might need a refresh rather than just a stop-gap transitional strategy.
