First Testimonial Body

Cascade Symphony consulted with The Ostara Group about Board development and fundraising. More specifically, The Ostara Group helped us plan and facilitate our first annual Board retreat. Both process and product were personalized according to our Board culture, and the retreat agenda was tailor-made to our needs. Board members came away from the retreat energized and encouraged. We definitely want to continue working with The Ostara Group.

Second Testimonial Body

Karen was both nurturing and masterful in leading us through self-assessment, clarification of values and creation of an action plan. At no time did she push her own agenda, but when we stalled, she was skillful in leading us forward.
