The Alliance for Education hired Ostara to execute on the organization’s existing development plan; to identify ways to correct for weaknesses within the development infrastructure; and to have greater success hiring for long-term fit. In the process, Ostara built up the CEO’s skill set in fundraising and equipped her with the tools to establish a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization.
The Ostara Group helped us create a culture of philanthropy, while infusing the Alliance with a sense of lightness, optimism, confidence, and validation in our work. We ended 2012 having beaten our fundraising goals in six months, as opposed to 12, and it was purely because of The Ostara Group.
