Scott Sadler, CFRE (he/him)

I am motivated by my desire to help cause-driven leaders and organizations reach their potential. I have spent 28 years facilitating increased mission impact and professional growth by working with hundreds of staff, volunteers, and donors to successfully develop and execute sustainable solutions that meet organizational objectives and address community needs.

I have a successful track record of co-developing, articulating, and sharing inspirational visions and plans that have resulted in new collaborations, investments, and partnerships.

My expertise in operations, strategic planning, fundraising, and board, community, staff, and volunteer development have led to the following outcomes: development of new and expanded programs and facilities to address unique community needs; start-up, recruitment, and successful leadership and support of multiple boards and dozens of committees and task forces; positioning thousands of cause-driven volunteers and donors to impact their community; mentoring dozens of staff in achieving professional advancement into senior and executive roles.

Fun facts about Scott:

  • I have played in an adult senior baseball league for 20 seasons.
  • My wife and I enjoy cooking for and entertaining friends and family. My specialties include smoked pork loin with apple and Walla Walla onion relish, cedar plank smoked salmon with a chipotle citrus glaze, or Tai style halibut and shrimp en papillote. Bon appétit.
  • Despite 20 years of regular golf and sporadic practice, I have yet to break 80… that is to say, my enjoyment of the game exceeds my skill at the game!
