The work I love: collaborating with nonprofits to navigate clear pathways through change and helping organizations tell their stories. I draw upon more than 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, where I’ve worn many hats: executive director, development director, writer, and consultant. I am a graduate of Yale University who completed my Executive Master of Public Administration at the UW’s Evans School of Governance and Public Policy in 2014.
When it comes to strategic planning, I tailor the planning process to suit your organization’s needs. You will leave the process with a thoughtful plan in hand, and a way to effectively address new opportunities as they arise.
Recent strategic planning clients include Future Business Leaders of America, Seattle Globalist, Bainbridge Community Foundation, The Merwin Conservancy, FamilyWorks, and Alchemy Tap Project, among others.
I also bring to Ostara extensive experience in storytelling. I collaborate with organizations to create effective case statements, and I offer one-on-one coaching to help you prepare for that next big speech. Sample communications clients include Pike Place Market Foundation, Washington State Opportunity Scholarship, Washington STEM, and Rainier Valley Food Bank.
I look forward to working with you to imagine your organization’s future and to tell your story.
