The Ostara Group helped me feel more confident and stronger in my ability to lead the organization through this big capital campaign. I also felt like I had more tools in my toolbox for working with donors of all sizes, including my board.

One of the things I quickly realized about Kyle was that he would be so much more helpful than just working on a capital campaign. He became a mentor and coach to me over the next two years. With Kyle’s ongoing strategic and operational guidance, we met our campaign goals, remodeled our building, and laid the groundwork for a more sophisticated development enterprise.
