InvestED was in a development staff transition and needed an innovative development plan to engage their board and raise critical funds. We stepped in to support their development department, keep their grant program running, and build board capacity.
It was efficient and effective to have a team of three members from The Ostara Group available as we assessed our situation during a period of transition and created a strategy for moving our organization to the next level. Each played a different and important role.
