Ostara worked with Crosscut News to develop the organization’s early fundraising infrastructure and serve as the organization’s first development staff. In addition to staff coaching, strategy development, and implementation planning, we crafted compelling messaging for biannual fundraising campaigns, wrote revenue-generating appeals for support, and planned and executed their first fundraising breakfast.
